CMMS/ EAM Implementation- 2 Days
This two-day Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)/ Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Implementation course is designed to help attendees better understand the processes and practices that they need to consider prior to beginning a CMMS/ EAM implementation. Sadly, upwards of 95% of all CMMS/ EAM package implementations failed to yield the desired results. Often times, with Information Technology and Accounting running the implementation project (especially with enterprise level implementations), the Maintenance needs are engineered right out the package which makes it useless for the Maintenance and Reliability efforts. With implementation activities costing 7 to 10 times more (or much more depending on the package) than the actual cost of the software purchase, shouldn’t you learn the concepts and practices to help you prevent implementation failure? Attendees will learn the steps toward successful CMMS/EAM software needs, selection, and implementation.
